I'll admit it, I'm a data nerd. I love studying statistics and trends in real estate, and I know that it helps me to serve my clients better. Knowing the market is the key to being a successful real estate agent. In my mind, success is pricing a home correctly in the current market, and communicating with the seller as to how to make their house "sellable." I see so many homes sit on the market far too long.

Homes get "stale" after about 60 days, therefore, my goal is to always have my listings sell within 60 days. Success is measured differently in every person's eyes. My idea of being a successful buyer's agent is having the buyer simply be delighted when moving into their new home. I'm available 24/6.5 (half day on Sunday!) and customer service is top priority to me, meaning I follow your directions and jump when you call. Type A personalities, you either love them or hate them. I'll be honest. I am truly a type A personality. Everything that I do is about competition, and I strive to be the best at everything that I do. This was evident when I was an elite bike racer and it has flowed over into my real estate career. I'm a perfectionist at heart and you can be confident that all of the paperwork required for a real estate transaction will be completed according to time-lines and will be done correctly.
